This Privacy Notice explains how Suneel Kumar, a sole proprietor based in India, trading as LeadBoost AI ("we", "us"), handles personal data in connection with the LeadBoost AI website and service (the "Service").

1. Who is the controller

Suneel Kumar (sole proprietor, India) is the controller of personal data processed for account holders and website visitors to leadboostai.co.in. When you use the widget to submit a lead on a customer's website, that customer is the controller of the lead data and we act as their processor.

2. What data we collect

• Account data — name, email, business name, industry, hashed password, and preferences.
• Widget configuration — services, colours, AI prompt, and other settings you choose.
• Lead data — the name, email, phone, and messages entered by your website visitors into your widget.
• Support communications — messages you send to support@leadboostai.co.in.
• Usage and device data — pages visited, actions taken, IP address, browser and device identifiers, timestamps.
• Billing metadata — customer and subscription identifiers returned to us by Paddle. We do not receive or store your full card details.

3. Why we use it and legal basis

• Provide the Service (create account, run widget, generate AI replies, send notifications) — performance of contract.
• Security and fraud prevention — legitimate interests in protecting the Service.
• Product improvement and analytics — legitimate interests; aggregated where possible.
• Customer support — performance of contract / legitimate interests.
• Billing, tax, and invoicing — performance of contract and legal obligation (handled by Paddle).
• Marketing emails — consent, which you can withdraw at any time via the unsubscribe link.

4. How we share data

• Paddle — our Merchant of Record for payments, subscription management, tax compliance, and invoicing.
• Hosting and infrastructure providers — for storage, database, email delivery, and application hosting.
• AI model providers — lead content and widget prompts may be sent to LLM providers strictly to generate replies.
• Professional advisers — legal and accounting advisers under confidentiality.
• Authorities — where required by law or to protect rights, safety, or property.

We do not sell personal data.

5. International transfers

Our providers may process data outside India, including in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or provider-level adequacy mechanisms.

6. Retention

We keep account and widget data for as long as your account is active. When you close your account, we delete or anonymise personal data within 90 days, except where we must keep it longer to comply with legal, tax, or accounting obligations, or to defend legal claims. Support emails are typically retained for 24 months.

7. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, access controls, row-level security in the database, and least-privilege service credentials. No system is perfectly secure; please use a strong, unique password and enable available security features.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data; to object to or restrict certain processing; and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, email support@leadboostai.co.in. If you are in the UK or EEA, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority. We respond to verified requests within one month.

9. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to remember widget preferences, and limited analytics cookies to understand aggregate usage of leadboostai.co.in. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling essential cookies will break parts of the Service.

10. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

11. Changes

We will update this notice when our practices change and revise the "Last updated" date above.
