Terms of Service
Last updated: July 1, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of LeadBoost AI (the "Service"), operated by Suneel Kumar, a sole proprietor based in India ("LeadBoost AI", "we", "us"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. The service
LeadBoost AI provides an embeddable website widget and dashboard that captures visitor enquiries, generates AI-assisted replies, and notifies business owners. Features available to you depend on the plan you subscribe to.
2. Eligibility and account
You must be at least 18 years old and, if signing up on behalf of an organisation, have authority to bind that organisation. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
3. Acceptable use
You must not, and must not permit anyone else to:
- use the Service unlawfully or in violation of any third-party rights;
- send spam, phishing, fraudulent, or otherwise abusive messages through the widget;
- infringe intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
- interfere with the security or integrity of the Service (including scraping, probing, or introducing malware);
- reverse engineer, resell, or circumvent technical limits of the Service; or
- use outputs of the Service in ways prohibited by law or by our AI use rules below.
4. AI features
The Service uses third-party large language models to draft replies to leads. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable and must not be relied on as professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise). You are responsible for the prompts you configure, for reviewing outputs before they are sent to end users, and for ensuring you have the rights to any content you provide as input. We may filter, restrict, or refuse outputs and may suspend accounts that generate content prohibited under Section 3.
5. Intellectual property
We retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Service, including the software, documentation, and branding. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service under your selected plan. You retain ownership of the content you submit; you grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the Service.
6. Fees, subscriptions and payments
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service enquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, invoicing, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. See our Refund Policy for refund details.
7. Free trial
New accounts may receive a free trial of a paid tier for a limited period. At the end of the trial, the account is downgraded to the Free plan unless a paid subscription is started.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the Service at any time by cancelling your subscription through the payments portal. On termination, we may delete account data after a reasonable export window.
9. Service availability and warranties
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the fees you paid to Paddle for the Service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your content, your use of the Service in breach of these Terms, or your unlawful conduct.
12. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may update the Service or these Terms. If we make material changes we will notify you by email or in-app. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of India, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you in your country of residence.
