Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with LeadBoost AI. If it isn't the right fit, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on paid subscriptions.
1. What is covered
- Any first-time paid subscription (Growth or Scale, monthly or yearly) is eligible for a full refund within 30 days of the initial charge.
- For yearly plans, renewals are eligible for a pro-rated refund of the unused portion within 30 days of the renewal charge.
2. How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one:
- Visit paddle.net and enter the email address you used at checkout to open your invoice, or
- Email us at support@leadboostai.co.in with your order or invoice number and we will forward the request to Paddle.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take up to 10 business days for the funds to appear.
3. Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing page in your LeadBoost AI dashboard, or through the Paddle customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; unless you also request a refund under this policy, you keep access until the end of your current billing period.
4. Exceptions
Refund requests made after 30 days from the charge date are considered case by case and are generally not eligible under this policy. Nothing in this policy limits statutory refund rights you may have under the consumer law of your country.
